WHAT LAW, WHAT JUSTICE?

Yes, justice is costly and its cost is not affordable to poors. The justice unaffordable is justice denied that is what I say. What I learn from my overall study of law and justice in particular economic justice all over the world is that few rich people are able to engage big advocates from bottom to top courts by paying their very high fee whose money figures are beyond reach of poor people. The justice moves its rich journey through rich people and their big advocates/counsels from bottom to top courts. The poors cannot afford this rich justice. What does it mean? Are poors fit only for poor justice? Then what is the meaning of fundamental human right of living with dignity? Is the human world divided between rich justice and poor justice? It is very disgusting to know from world economic scenario that half of the world’s income is in the hands of only 24 business tycoons who rule economic world. This I understood by reading Marathi article written by one professor of economics Shri Chandrakant Kelkar titled “game of disparity continues” (vishamtecha khel suruch rahato) as published in Marathi newspaper Loksatta dated 10.3.2021. If what is written in this article is true then what justice the poors can expect from economic and political lords in this situation of very wide economic disparity prevailing worldwide?
